Quality Control

At Texmate we promote a quality culture at every level throughout the company, and have developed a comprehensive approach to the management of quality issues. All staff complete mandatory ESD training, and work to IPC610C standard quality procedures.

Our QC processes cover everything that we do, from purchasing and product records through to PCB manufacturing and testing.

Our manufacturing quality processes happen at each significant phase of production, and the boards are labeled to ensure that the product has been through every QC stage. Our wide range of test procedures include:

• Screen printing precision checks using magnifying cameras
• Component orientation and placement checks at SMT and TH phases
